The "Farmer" Burns workout is a custom workout routine developed by Martin Burns for himself and his students. It is based only on resistance provided by one's own body, a pair of dumbbell weights, and supplemental aerobic exercise,such as running.

Add your Team or School Logo, personalize a welcome message as well as adding videos to your landing page. The system allows you to create search tags, content groups, user privilege profiles and much more. You can batch upload, add content to specific user files in turn giving your choice of users access to them. Each video has download options, comment areas and tagging features. Each system has it's own URL, and a choice of colors to pick from.
