Projects

DigitalMentoring OfficialsTutorialWith money being tight, more and more organizations are developing E-Learning modules for their members. I have 4 links below on showing some of the projects we have been working on.

This link is a draft of a program the Ontario Amateur Wrestling Association is building for their coach members. The Content is based on the revised Canadian Skills Award Program we updated for CAWA a few years ago.

OAWA Skills Program

The link below is a draft done for a Canadian College trying to reach out to students transitioning from High School to Post Secondary. It is a neat design with good information and navigation.

The next link is to module built for BC Wrestling. It is a way to communicate to their coaches the benefits of Canadian Wrestling's Long Term Athlete Development Program. We are doing a similar module for the Ontario Amateur Wrestling Association.

Our final link is to a Freestyle Wresting Officials' training course. This is an introductory course, going over the Officiating Team, how to conduct a match, how to score a match, illegal holds and much more.

Coach Evaluation Tool

Using Technology is a good way to get more people involved. Every coach should have the right to be evaluated and attain higher levels of coaching certification. I am from an isolated community, and I hate hearing "you will need to go out of town in order to take that course or be evaluated".

Watch the video below and see how technology is making Large Countries small in size but larger in resources.
