CEO of Digital Caoching Systems, Francis has over 25 years of coaching and administration experience.In 2005 Francis was recognized by Lakehead University as one of their 40 Northern Lights, reconizing forty extraordinary men and women who have made a difference to the growth and development of Lakehead University.

Francis Clayton has been twice recognized as Canadian Interuniversity Sports Wrestling Coach of the Year, and 5 times Ontario University Sports Wrestling Coach of the Year. His dedication to improve the sport of wrestling resulted in the development of the Digitalscouting System.
